Since 1972 we've said that "Service is our product". We are committed to treating you as a person, not a policy number… To show our commitment, we've put it in writing. Here's what we mean:
- We will work with you to identify the insurance and financial services that are right for you, your family or your business and use our access to multiple companies to deliver those products.
- We will guide you through the claims process for a prompt and fair resolution of your claim.
- We will help you solve problems related to your coverage or account.
- We will explain the coverages and options available to you through our agency, at your request, and to your satisfaction.
- We will return your phone calls and emails promptly and respond to your requests in a timely manner.
- We will attempt to provide services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year for our customers, offering any or all of the following: emergency phone numbers, internet account access, email and 800 company direct access.
- We will use our professional experience and multiple company relationships to tailor your coverage as needed.
- We will review your policies, at a minimum of once a year, always looking to provide better coverage, and if at all possible to save you money.
- We will communicate with you on a regular basis providing timely and useful information through our newsletters.
- We will commit our staff to continuing education so they may be more knowledgeable in serving you.
- We will treat you with courtesy and respect.
- We will conduct business in an ethical manner.
