Heather Cunningham joined us back in July and she has been an important part of our personal lines team! You may have been helped by her and didn't even know it; since there are two Heathers in the office, she sometimes goes by Heady to avoid confusion for our insureds.
We had a chance to chat with Heady about what it's like to work here at the agency and here is what she said.

How long have you worked at Sidle Insurance?
Even though I just celebrated my first 90 days back with the agency, I actually started my insurance career here almost a decade ago! It’s good to be back.
What’s it like working for a small, family-owned business?
In my opinion, it’s the absolute best - I would never go back to corporate…
What’s your favorite thing about working in insurance?
My favorite would have to be that I am always busy. Also, I know I will always have a job in insurance.
What’s the most challenging part of your job?
Time management. Insurance can get busy and it can be hard to fit everything in before I leave at night.
What is a typical day like working at Sidle Insurance?
I try to be here early so that I can get my downloads done for each company, then, the rest of the day is really based on what comes in upon the tasks I have planned.
What are three ways you would describe yourself as a worker?
1. Very hard working
2. Always try to be positive
3. Always greeting customers with a smile
What makes you feel accomplished at work?
When I know I have taken good care of the insured!
What do you enjoy doing with your free time?
My free time! I don’t have a lot of free time with a 7-month old baby, but family time is my favorite thing.
