Heather graduated from Odessa Montour Central School in 1996. She graduated from Corning Community College in 1999 with an associate's degree in business administration.
She joined Sidle Insurance in 2000, and became a licensed insurance agent in 2003. In 2009 she obtained her professional designation as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and in 2016 earned her CISR Elite Designation.
She enjoys basketball and bowling in her spare time. Heather lives with her husband Jake in Alpine, NY, along with their son Breyden, and their family dog, a dachshund, named Mickey.
