InsurLink - The New Client Portal

Several years ago, we introduced Client Portal, a digital resource for our clients that allows them to access their insurance policies, upload/download documents, make policy requests and much more.

Now, to continue to provide the best independent insurance possible, we’ve upgraded Client Portal to a new resource, InsurLink.

InsurLink is essentially the same digital portal that Client Portal was – but with a handful of improvements. Here’s everything you need to know about InsurLink.

Title Photo - InsurLink mobile

Things that have changed:

Security – InsurLink allows you the same convenient access to your insurance information that Client Portal did, but with enhanced transport layer security to further protect that information and keep your documents from falling into the wrong hands.

Modernized User Interface – While Client Portal was a useful tool, it looked and felt a bit clunky. InsurLink utilizes a more user-friendly interface with sleeker menu functionality and a more appealing appearance.

Mobile App – You can download the InsurLink app on your mobile device. No more thumbing through browser tabs to login and access your information (auto ID cards are currently unavailable on the app) while you’re on the go. You can simply open the app directly from your home screen.

What’s stayed the same:

How to log on – You can find InsurLink in the same place you used to go to log onto Client Portal; right on the homepage of our website. Your login information is the same too and there is no action required to transition over to InsurLink. We handled all of that stuff on our end so you wouldn’t have any headaches.

Your Permissions, Capabilities, and Documents – You still have access to the same permissions you had before. You can access the same information and make requests to your policies just as before. If you’ve saved any documents in your Client Portal, they’ve automatically transferred over to InsurLink.

24/7 Access – No matter what time of day, you can log into InsurLink just like you used to with Client Portal.

Our Dedicated Service – Don’t worry. Your trusted local insurance professionals haven’t gone anywhere. We look forward to continue serving you and we are thankful for your business.

Signing up for InsurLink:

If you already had a Client Portal account with us then there is no need to sign up for InsurLink. As stated above, your Client Portal login information has transferred over to InsurLink.

You can sign in here:

If you didn’t have an account, you can easily sign up for InsurLink with the link below and we will email you a link to access your account as soon as possible.
